Becoming an Excellent Process Engineer” --9--- “How to Become an Excellent Machining Engineer?” I am a machining process engineer who grew up among workers. I believe it is necessary to get your hands dirty and work hard; for the problems encountered in practice, one must keep thinking and making improvements in order to gain experience. It is impossible to progress by merely focusing on theory without putting it into practice. Overall, those with a formal education do have an advantage, as their starting points are different. The key is whether those with a formal education can put aside their pride and work diligently at the grassroots level for three to five years; otherwise, it will be difficult for them to become excellent process engineers.
Our expertise is in the hands of a few people, relying mostly on experience. Once there are no experienced people, it seems quite passive.
