Fire separation distances for important facilities within the facility

Paragraph 4.2.12, Explanation 3/3), states that important facilities within a facility (such as control rooms, power conversion and distribution units, office buildings, etc.) shall have fire separation distances from adjacent facilities or units determined in accordance with the requirements for facilities of Class A fire hazard； So, based on this statement, is the fire separation distance controlled as shown in the figure below?
For Class A structures with walls, it should be measured starting from the walls.
