Acidic waste liquids contain medium-solubility solutes, and saturated solutions crystallize at room temperature; what methods can be used to efficiently separate the crystals from the mother liquor? Is there a mature, complete set of processes? Several challenges are: environmental protection issues are difficult to resolve, and there should be no acidic odor at the site during operation ; Regarding safety issues, proper personal protection is essential ; Pipelines are prone to crystallization and blockage. Do anyone have any good suggestions?
We have pumps for transporting such materials, along with specialized centrifuges to go with them
1. The operation room is enclosed using PTFE panels; 2. A horizontal screw centrifuge is used to separate solid and liquid fluids; 3. The entire process should preferably take place in sealed equipment and pipelines, and the release of acidic gases into the atmosphere is also not allowed.
