Oh, I’ve encountered that before; but back then we were operating at low pressure. Are you just changing the pipelines? Can the device location be changed? If there are no drawings available, one can draw simple diagrams manually; draw a diagram for each pipeline that is to be modified. The original drawings and the revised versions can be provided, along with notes indicating the pipe diameter, temperature, pressure, medium, and material used. After compiling this information, a procurement plan can be prepared, along with a maintenance plan and a schedule for carrying out the repairs. The construction team should sign off on this and provide a guarantee ; It’s necessary to carry out the preparatory work before construction. For the construction phase, we had the construction team establish the standards for installation, which were then verified by the supervision engineer. Finally, tasks such as flaw detection, pressure testing, purging, and airtightness checks were carried out, and the relevant documents were kept. The device doesn’t have original drawings; initially, the design institute was in charge of on-site supervision, but later the construction company refused to pay, and the design institute stopped providing the drawings. The existing pipes were not inspected for defects nor pressure-tested. It’s quite awkward now; I don’t have any information at all
Well, according to the current techniques, one can simply draw it by hand; using an Excel spreadsheet will suffice. It’s even better if one knows how to use CAD. After drawing it, any necessary modifications can be made. Once completed, testing such as flaw detection and pressure testing should be carried out, and the relevant documents should be properly stored
