Previously, it was simply left to vent into the air, but with such strict environmental regulations now, what plans do people have for the future?
Do we still need to recover this gas? Is it rich in H2S?
The total amount is very small, and there isn’t much H2S either. However, the proportion of CH4 is low, while the content of other non-methane hydrocarbons is high. Could this lead to issues with environmental regulations, resulting in non-compliance regarding non-methane hydrocarbon emissions?
The torch is so far away; nitrogen purging is needed to get there
The first is recycling; the second is burning the waste gases, with emissions released into the atmosphere after combustion once the conditions for using a waste heat boiler are not available; the third is releasing the gases into the atmosphere after they have been purified through absorption and washing to meet the required standards. It’s unlikely that estimates will be allowed, as before
Our project uses torches for heating, and the distance is quite large; yet, for safety and environmental inspections, we had no choice but to install long pipelines.
