Dear experts, our company needs to purchase a batch of stainless steel sheets of type 06Cr18Ni11Ti. The technical specifications require that these sheets undergo solution treatment and stabilization treatment. After consulting several steel mills in China, two of them stated that they are unable to carry out the stabilization process. Is there anyone among you who works at a steel mill who can tell me why it’s not possible to stabilize these stainless steel sheets? Thank you very much!

What is the required grain size grade? You can give me your technical requirements! I have one here where it’s difficult to control the ferrite content inside
