The company needs to build a dissolving tank for solid rosin resin. Is there any senior colleague who can advise on what needs to be taken into consideration? Where can I find a simple PID diagram?
The purpose is to melt rosin and then disperse it in water to create a viscosity-enhancing agent
It involves melting rosin resin at around 150 degrees, then adding additives and water. Is there any relevant information available, or where can such melting tanks be purchased?
Hello, original poster! The melting tank you mentioned is actually a dilution and mixing reactor, in which rosin resin is heated to around 80 degrees and mixed while under vacuum!
