In the workshops for active pharmaceutical ingredients or intermediates, it is sometimes necessary to use materials with high activity or high toxicity. Is it required to have a dedicated feeding area for adding such materials during sampling or solid feeding, or are there any specific design guidelines?

It can be connected to the workshop’s DCS control system, allowing the workshop to monitor the equipment’s operating status as well as control its start and stop. It has been put into use in the production of the pesticide active ingredient thiacloprid, replacing the manual addition of oxadiazine and ultra-fine potassium carbonate to the reaction vessel.
