Steam temperature fluctuations

3.6MPa steam pipeline network, 1500 meters of pipeline. The steam temperature fluctuates frequently, sometimes at 285 and sometimes at 295. What causes this?
It may be related to changes in atmospheric temperature, for reference.
3.6 MPa, 285 degrees+, classified as superheated steam; due to heat dissipation in the pipes, fluctuations within this temperature range are acceptable.
When steam is saturated at 3.6 MPa, the temperature is 244–245°C; at 285–295°C it is already in a superheated state. Steam has a low heat capacity, and it is greatly affected by insulation conditions and ambient temperature, so such fluctuations are considered normal
As long as it’s not a sudden spike, it’s normal to see fluctuations.
