What is that special valve that I have circled in red in the diagram? Flow control or pressure relief? The pipeline is the loading pipeline from the storage tank to the vehicle, with a crane arm at its end

That label is just a simple indication of the measuring equipment; the model cannot be identified. If possible, it’s best to go and take a look on site

This should be a P&ID, not a PFD, right? It should be a vortex flowmeter; the English term for it is VERTEX FLOWMETER
