Seeking guidance on how to represent utility systems for complete equipment in P&IDs

I would like to ask everyone: for nitrogen, instrument air, and instrument air for positive pressure cabinets, which come in the form of internally threaded connections as part of the complete equipment, as well as exhaust and purging connections in flange format, should the pipes/pipe numbers for these utility systems be indicated in the P&ID? From a formal design perspective, to what extent should P&ID drawings go in this regard to be considered appropriate? Thank you all first!
Except that the scope of supply for the equipment supplied as a complete set is indicated by a double-dotted line frame, everything else is described in the PID in accordance with the general process requirements of the project. If the supplier provides the drawings, the supplier’s drawing number should be indicated in the PID; in this case, only the simple outline of the equipment along with the pipelines connecting it to external systems can be shown in the PID, along with the tag numbers. The piping and instrumentation diagram for the equipment or unit itself is drawn separately, and its diagram number is indicated as well

There is a piece of equipment available, but the manufacturer hasn’t provided PID drawings; instead, they have only provided an outline of the equipment’s appearance along with a list of all the pipe connections. I’m not sure whether it’s necessary to include in the PID details related to things like instrument air or the air supply for pressure control cabinets – details that might be considered minor or secondary. Is including such details required in a proper/complete PID drawing? Additionally, for the PID part provided by the manufacturer, which party will be responsible for the piping?
Draw them all. This includes instrument logic, etc.; for specific details, refer to GBT20519. The piping is designed by the design institute, in accordance with the process package provided by the client or the requirements of the client
