Hello everyone, are there any of you who work in automatic control within pharmaceutical companies? I took a look at the forum, and there’s very little experience and information available regarding self-controlled URS in pharmaceutical companies, as well as computerized system validation I hope the forum moderator can provide more assistance and share more case studies so that we can all learn from them. As automation in pharmaceutical companies is increasing, requirements such as those set by GMP and FDA are pushing for higher levels of automation, and there are also stricter regulations regarding safety and environmental protection. Therefore, the instrumentation used in our pharmaceutical companies will become increasingly standardized and stringent, and it must comply with international standards such as GMP and FDA. Those who have done well in this area could share their entire automated control verification systems as well as information on the projects they have completed.
The automation level of individual units is fairly good, but automated control and coordination across the entire production line are not very feasible
The pharmaceutical industry is becoming increasingly regulated and stringent these days. I’m new to this field and want to create a standard template to facilitate learning and training for everyone in the future.
The idea is good; when can drug prices be reduced?
