What plastic materials can withstand methanol pipelines and containers at 50°C?
Lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, foamed?
CPVC is more than capable of meeting these requirements
Can PP or PO withstand it?
Why not use metal pipes? With plastic pipes, how is the static electricity generated during flow discharged?
Since the pH is 3 and there are a large amount of chloride ions, does anyone have any good suggestions?
The pipeline can use a rubber hose wrapped with steel wire to eliminate static electricity.
The steel wire cannot come into contact with the medium either; then how can static electricity be dissipated?
PP is fine, but for anti-aging purposes, stainless steel is preferable
