What are the methods used to seal leaks in pipeline flanges, valves, etc., on-site? I’d like to learn about them systematically, but it seems there’s no unified standard. Could those of you share the methods you’ve used to seal leaks? I’ll start with a brief introduction: the method for dealing with issues without stopping operations is to use clamps for leaks in flanges, and sealant for internal leaks in valves
The valve cannot be closed; sealing is required under pressure.

Plugging leaks in flanges and pipelines under pressure using clamps and glue; I’ve never seen any method for plugging internal leaks in valves...
We usually use fixtures here. Water, steam, and HTM can all be used.
