How to calculate the gas consumption for control valves

There is a system that includes a dozen or so pneumatic on/off valves and two pneumatic control valves; what is the required amount of compressed air, and how is it calculated?
It can be estimated as follows: 1) Based on the control valves, each control valve consumes 1–2 Nm3/h of air; 2) For the pneumatic instruments in the control room, each one consumes 0.5–1 Nm3/h； 3) Each pneumatic instrument at the site consumes 1 Nm3/h of air.
