Prevent accidental opening of the valve

Are there any ways to prevent valves from opening accidentally, such as ball valves and plug valves? Except when locked
Put labels on the valves. This was one of the issues raised on-site by the Safety Supervision Administration during last year’s **major safety inspection**: important valves should have on/off indicators to prevent accidental operation!
What was mentioned upstairs about putting up signs is great; we do the same thing
For mounted applications, pneumatic valves can be equipped with dual solenoids; through certain logical settings, this prevents incorrect operation due to solenoid failures.
The key valves are locked; the valve discs and handles are removed. At critical moments, one must have the keys and hold the valve discs – it’s a scene too gruesome to watch... Those who can afford it should opt for interlocked valves, which only operate when signals are sent from the control room or an interlock system! It’s more economical to list items if you don’t have money!
