For the sequence control panel of L-CNG refueling stations, it’s sufficient to treat it as having 3 check valves; there’s no need for anything more. With the limited power of L-CNG, running the engine a few more times doesn’t have much impact; there’s a stable gas supply of 25MPA available. On 6-13-20, CNG vehicles were often filled to only 18–19 bars of pressure. Everyone knows that the standard maximum pressure tolerance for CNG cylinders is 20 bars; therefore, refilling begins only when the pressure reaches 20 bars. In reality, there is a delay between when refilling starts and when the desired pressure is achieved, so it’s necessary to plan ahead. Otherwise, for a while, the vehicles that arrived could only be filled to 18–19 bars of pressure. Of course, you can add a direct charger to fully charge it as well. It is recommended to top up the high voltage at least when it reaches 20.5. In fact, there’s no need to adjust the settings with such precision; low, medium, and high settings are all available. It’s best to make adjustments based on the actual operational data of the site, as this is largely related to local drivers’ habits regarding refueling and the distance to gas stations.
