We are looking for a competent company that can design fixed-bed reactor systems or develop hydrogenation and immobilization processes. At present, our hydrogenation reactions take place in batch reactors, and we wish to improve this process by switching to a continuous hydrogenation system with catalyst immobilization; therefore, it is necessary to develop such a process and design the fixed-bed system. We hope to obtain a complete process package for fixed-bed hydrogenation, including designs for feeding, discharging, and hydrogen recovery. Ideally, we would like a turnkey solution that includes design, installation, and commissioning; Our company has a hydrogen production station ; Thank you; 2/ I hope a design for a fixed-bed reactor can be provided – I’m currently using Raney nickel catalyst. We have dealt with many hydrogenation continuous-process systems, including continuous batch reactors, continuous fluidized-bed reactors, and continuous recirculating spray loops. Coincidentally, I’ve never worked on fixed-bed reactors, but we can discuss it.
