Pressure in the remaining furnace rises after shutdown of the reformation four-in-one furnace

As the title suggests: During the emergency shutdown, the four-in-one furnace was shut down, the fuel gas supply was cut off, the deoxygenated water supply remained uninterrupted, and the steam connection valve was closed. Why then did the pressure in the residual boiler increase?
Is it the residual heat that’s causing the pressure to keep rising? It should drop after waiting a while, right?
There must be a valve leak; the source of the leak can be determined by observing the trend in pressure changes
There are fewer users on the back route, and we are currently in a period of emergency shutdown. That waste heat boiler of yours is the one located at the top of the four-in-one boiler, right? It’s possible that something went wrong with one of the operating procedures; under normal circumstances this shouldn’t happen
