Does anyone know the operating pressure for isopentane cylinders?
The logic is wrong; the operating pressure of a gas cylinder is determined by the manufacturer of that cylinder, and it has nothing to do with the medium contained within it. It is generally 15 Mpa
May I ask, do you mean that the design pressure of the cylinder is 15 MPa, and the medium inside can be whatever is suitable for the operating pressure I need, as long as the maximum operating pressure does not exceed 15 MPa? Is that correct?
More or less; most common gas cylinders are designed for a pressure of 15 Mpa, with some possibly having a pressure of 25 Mpa. The maximum pressure when filling with permanent gases should not exceed this value. There are also other restrictions; for example, liquefied gases are subject to a filling coefficient limit of kg/l. Does liquid also have storage pressure? It can’t possibly be at atmospheric pressure
