I’m seeking advice regarding the technical applications for slurry filtration. Our factory plans to install slurry filtration equipment, but we’re not sure which technology would be the best and most effective. Please help provide some information on this topic. Thank you!
Some basic parameters are required: temperature, viscosity, flow rate, solid content and particle size distribution in the slurry, as well as requirements for filtration precision. Only then can a discussion take place.
It is understood that filtering technology is not being used very effectively at present; issues such as clogged filter elements and control system failures arise. We have also just come across the technology of using vertically arranged leaf filters with pre-coated filter aids for filtration, and we find it to be quite reliable. If you are interested, we can explore this together.
