The reaction temperature is 300–350°C, the pressure is 16.0–20.0 MPa, and the reaction time is 6–8 minutes; the reaction takes place continuously, with an annual processing capacity of 20,000 tons. The temperature and pressure are also high enough. Since it is a continuous reaction, increasing the reaction time doesn’t make much sense.
Why it doesn’t make much sense: the size of the reactor has to be taken into account for this.

If there are requirements regarding reaction time, then residence time definitely makes sense, dear
