Recently, several large-scale oil refining projects (such as Zhejiang Petrochemical, Hengli Petrochemical, Yantai Wanhua, Tianjin Nangang Industrial Park, etc.) have adopted large-scale desalination facilities, and desalination is also widely used in other fields, such as nuclear power plants.
Small-scale seawater desalination is popular abroad, but the key lies in the seawater membranes.
Desalination technology is mature and the water quality is stable, but water transportation poses a significant problem, thus limiting market expansion
