I have been working in the power generation industry for over a decade, but I have never been involved in desulfurization and denitrification tasks. Are there any special aspects to desulfurizing and denitrifying flue gas at 400 degrees Celsius? I mainly want to start learning by focusing on aspects such as equipment, system calculations, and flue anti-corrosion.

The flue gas from waste heat power generation certainly experiences fluctuations, but projects with a design capacity of 300-400 remain the mainstream
If the main catalyst can do it, then there’s no problem; it’s best if it can keep the flue gas temperature relatively stable
SCR denitration can be used at 300-400 degrees, after which the temperature needs to be reduced to around 150 degrees for wet desulfurization. There is nothing special about corrosion protection; glass flake coating is generally used for this purpose
If the temperature only drops by 30 degrees Celsius after desulfurization, what type of desulfurization is it?
It might be dry or semi-dry desulfurization; if it’s wet desulfurization, the temperature after desulfurization is generally around 50 degrees
