The design pressure of the reactor is 7.4 MPa, while the design pressure of the pipelines is 1.6 MPa. What measures should be taken to prevent gases from the reactor from leaking into the pipelines?
It’s a blind flange; valves can never be trusted and cannot be used for isolation
Or use a dual-valve drain, with the drain kept open for inspection
High-pressure cut-off valve for the kettle body, and normal-pressure cut-off valve for the feed pipeline; the drain pipe between these two valves is located on the upper floor.
A more conservative approach: dual-valve isolation plus check valve + blind flange + drain for inspection
