Hello everyone. Discussions about MIG welding have been going on since the 2000s, and now it’s 2019. The quality of welding wires used in MIG welding, as well as the sophistication of the welding equipment, have seen significant improvements. At our factory, TIG welding is currently mainly used for the lugs, legs, and various structural components of pressure vessels; the main welds of these vessels are generally not welded using this method. All non-pressure vessel products are welded using MIG welding
Since the welding transition is an important factor, and every type of transition occurs during welding processes, albeit to different extents, requirements are thus established; this leads to the need for testing and consequently to disputes. At present, cored wire is generally not recommended for use, as its chemical composition can be uneven; domestic manufacturers still need to improve their skills, though significant progress has already been made and the relevant standards are being refined

It is generally not advisable to use MIG welding for welding pressure vessels; it’s more appropriate for welding steel structures-_-|| There is a lot of spatter, the weld shape is poor, and the quality of the welds is relatively low! Even with weld assessment documents as support, do not use key equipmentヽ(≧Д≦)ノ
