I need help. There are models of portable heat treatment equipment with 3 temperature control points and 6 data recording points, as well as models with 6 temperature control points and 12 data recording points, and those with 12 temperature control points and 12 data recording points. Does it mean that when the recording point is twice the temperature control point, it is possible to control two heat treatment points simultaneously and record the temperature curves at the same time? Is the control effect very different from that of one-to-one temperature control recording?
I’m not familiar with the structure of this device. Under normal understanding, when using three heating devices to heat one container, it may be possible to measure the temperature at 6 points on that container; three of these points are under direct electrical control, while the other three cannot be controlled
For heat treatment of pipe welds, for example, a DN800 weld requires 4 thermocouples; in this case, is it necessary to use 2 channels with 4 points each?
