Has the 2018 version of the List of Hazardous Chemicals been released? Where can it be downloaded? Has a new regulation for classifying pipeline pressure levels been issued? I heard there is one, but I couldn’t find it. Is it specified that toxicity considerations should be taken into account when making such classifications?
