What other differences are there besides one being a moving device and the other a stationary device? Which one works better? How should one make a choice during use?
The falling film method is suitable for handling substances with high evaporation rates, while the scraper method is appropriate for those with lower volatility. These methods are generally used in combination, with the falling film method serving as the initial stage and the scraper method as a follow-up treatment step；
Falling film is used for materials with low viscosity, while scraping film is used for materials with extremely high viscosity.
