I have a question for everyone: With a steam consumption of about 5 tons per hour, and with the intention to recycle the condensate water for reuse in the circulation pool, how is the steam condensate tank in chemical processing plants typically designed? Is it installed on the ground or buried? Fed by gravity through self-flow or pushed in by the residual pressure behind the check valve. Is the condensate outlet of the steam equipment about 2 meters above the ground? However, there are passageways between several distillation units, requiring a height of 3.6 meters to be reserved.

What if the heat exchange equipment is also equipped with circulating water pipes for cooling? What do everyone think?
There is a condensate recovery device; by purchasing one, all the outlets of the steam traps can be connected to a main pipe, from where the liquid flows into the condensate recovery device. Once the desired water level is reached, a pump is used to send the liquid back into the boiler
If the water temperature is not too high, a pit can be dug directly to recover it.
It can be recovered using a condensate recovery pump; both open and closed systems can be utilized, with steam or air typically serving as the driving force.
