For the Avionics Weighing Module, the stability light doesn’t turn on; both the tare and zero-setting functions display errors. I contacted their sales representative, and after spending half a day on video guidance, the issue wasn’t resolved. They said they would need to investigate it – has anyone encountered this problem before and how was it fixed?
If the stabilizing light does not turn on, it is usually a wiring issue; you can check the wiring in the junction box and at the back of the instrument. Judging from the diagram, it should be the XK3190-C602 instrument. The wiring between this instrument and the sensor uses a 6-wire system; if four-core wires are used, two of the terminals need to be shorted together. It is also possible to determine whether the sensor wires were broken during installation by measuring the resistance of the sensor. You can also replace one gauge to see if there is any improvement.
