Question: For a counterattack crusher driven by a coupling, how long does it take for the rotor to start rotating after the coupling is activated? In other words, after pressing the button to start the crusher, how much time passes before the rotor begins to move?

The oil pump can operate as long as the rotation speed reaches the set value; in addition, the oil temperature of the coupling also needs to be taken into consideration. Why consider such an urgent timeline? Wouldn’t it be better to extend the time, allow the equipment to warm up, and check that everything is in order before using it?
I’m facing a problem: 7–8 minutes after the crusher starts operating, the hydraulic coupling begins to spray oil, and coal fills up the crusher. I can’t figure out the reason, even though the amount of coal fed in isn’t large
