As the title suggests, are there any other ways to utilize it?

Hot air at 160 degrees (with about 40% moisture content) has a high calorific value. The presence of moisture at 160 degrees indicates the existence of steam, and when this steam condenses into water, a large amount of heat is released. Using a stainless steel finned heat exchanger for heat exchange yields excellent results; feel free to get in touch to discuss this further.

It can be used to heat heat transfer oil. If the flow rate is stable, it can be considered to use preheating before electric heating in the heat transfer oil system, with the subsequent electric heating serving as supplementary heating.
The temperature of heat transfer oil is usually quite high; the return temperature is well above 160. How can it be heated then?
Are you describing smoke? If it is flue gas, carrying out waste heat recovery at 160°C holds little value, as the exhaust temperature of chimneys is generally around 130°C to prevent dew point corrosion. If waste heat recovery is still desired, my suggestion is to install an additional waste heat recovery unit to generate low-quality steam for lithium bromide refrigeration.
