The residual carbon content of the raw materials used in our equipment is between 2.5 and 3.2. It features two lift pipes arranged side by side, with oxygen-enriched regeneration. How can it be modified so that the residual carbon content of the raw materials can be increased from 3.2 to 6–7? Has anyone managed to modify their own devices? How can we make changes to expand the range of specifications for the raw materials used in processing? Seeking help
An increase in residual carbon means that more heat needs to be removed as a result of this increase; moreover, factors such as the catalyst’s suitability, the device’s heat generation, the materials used, and pressure all need to be taken into account. This requires the design team to carry out new calculations – it cannot be achieved simply by modifying certain equipment or processes!

But it’s not that complicated either; it mainly depends on your ability to control the raw materials and catalysts. In simple terms, the goal is to increase the residual carbon; the catalyst and equipment all need to be modified, and as mentioned above, recalculation is even necessary. The current situation in the domestic market is that catalysts are not under the control of the manufacturing units, or the processes involved in catalyst production are not up to standard, making it impossible to make any changes. In that case, just changing the equipment isn’t enough. However, increasing the residual carbon content is not an unattainable dream; it is much easier than developing a new system. It does require coordination among various manufacturers and may even involve some experiments.
