What is the difference between the source marker for the image inserted into this device and the source marker for the device itself? ?
One is from outside the boundary area, and the other is from within the boundary area itself
Basically, most of them are used interchangeably; it’s chaotic and not strict. Generally, when I use them, those with symbols as connectors are used in process pipelines, while those without symbols and that only include the medium designation are used in utility material pipelines; separate system diagrams are prepared to show the system allocation relationships.
The length comes from an external device to this apparatus, and it is usually located at the boundary area. The short one indicates the flow direction of the medium inside this device. Can you understand?
One is the indication of the logistics direction in and out of the boundary area； One is the representation of the logistics flow direction between different diagrams within the domain.
Assume that this device has 10 images; the short ones refer to the other 9 images excluding the current one, while the long ones refer to images from devices other than these 10 images.
