If areas within 5% are separated using a firewall, does the remaining area still need to be explosion-proof?

If a Class A liquid storage tank is placed in a room where the nickel content is within 5%, with a firewall used to separate it and the door opening outward, does the area outside that 5% range also need to be explosion-proof? Because according to the requirements for classifying explosion-proof areas, for Class A liquids that are heavier than air, a radius of 15 meters is required; as a result, many areas outside that 5% range fall within this category and thus need to be explosion-proof. But since areas within that 5% range are separated by firewalls, is it still necessary to make them explosion-proof?
It is heavier than air and is separated by explosion-proof walls; it makes sense to consider that the areas outside these walls do not need to be explosion-proof. But further risk assessment is needed.
