Recovery of residual liquids and gases in flexible hoses and pipelines

At present, after the light hydrocarbons have been loaded onto the vehicle, the residual liquid in the flexible hose and a section of fixed pipeline is discharged on-site. The environmental protection authorities have rejected this practice; does anyone have any good methods for recycling it?
1. Perform vacuum condensation and recovery on the residual liquid pipeline； 2. Inject nitrogen in front of the pipeline end valve to push the residual liquid back into the tank truck.
