Possible causes of the phenomenon | Countermeasures: Insufficient supply of paint inside the spray gun; the material flow controller is in the off position; blockage at the opening of the material cylinder; blockage of the flow restrictor/nozzle. Turn on the material flow controller, clean the opening of the material cylinder, and replace the flow restrictor/nozzle. Uneven surface of the coating; too low temperature. The gas flow controller keeps the amount of air entering at a low level; heat the material cylinder. Reduce the waiting time between heating the material cylinder and the spraying process by adjusting the gas flow controller, allowing more gas to enter the spray gun. Droplets may appear in the coating, or uncurated bubbles may form; the cap nut may not be tightened properly. Leakage in the threaded area caused the material to drip onto the coating at the outlet of the cylinder. When assembling the spraying equipment, tighten the cap nuts correctly and carefully. Clean any dirt on the surface; if a single coating layer is too thick, reduce the thickness of each coating layer. Also, allow at least 1 minute of waiting time between two coats. The bubbles did not get completely removed, and there were pauses during the spraying process; follow the procedures outlined in Section 7 of the application guidelines regarding \"bubble removal\". Pauses during the spraying process can affect the softness of the coating surface, reducing its adhesion and cohesion; they may also lead to bubbling and delamination. Refer to the description of “spraying” in Part 7 of the Application Guide. The fact that the coating does not cover the corners and edge areas is due to a lack of familiarity with the spraying process, or to rushing through the spraying task; therefore, extra care must be taken to ensure that the paint covers all areas of the surface evenly. Pay attention to the way the spraying material moves. The impurity limiter/mixing nozzle contained in the coating is partially blocked. The spraying speed is too slow, and there are interruptions in the spraying process; replace the limiter/mixing nozzle and adjust the flow controller to a higher setting. If delamination occurs in the coating, and the maximum allowable interval between coating applications is exceeded, the next coating application must be carried out strictly within 10 minutes.
