Failure mode classification: Failure mode classification takes the occurrence of failures as the basis for design, and records failure modes according to their likelihood, including failure modes such as dormant failure, normal failure, operational error, environmental failure, and reliability-related failure. 3. Safety interlock: Safety interlock refers to the use of an improved closed-loop management mechanism to ensure the reliability and safety of the safety control system. It relies on mutual constraints between signals and safety devices to guarantee that the system is used correctly, thereby achieving the highest level of safety.
