When drawing the layout plan of the equipment, what size should be allocated for the maintenance area of the vertical heat exchanger? Do the tube bundles need to be laid flat during the maintenance of the vertical heat exchanger? ?
It is advisable to take the structural span of the factory building into consideration when planning the maintenance area, for example, for parking spaces and the locations where the largest components of the equipment will be placed.
Usually, each factory site has a dedicated cleaning area, where these large equipment units are lifted down during major repairs for cleaning. Therefore, only a lifting space needs to be provided at the site.
For vertical equipment, consideration should be given to the lifting space, while for horizontal equipment, attention must be paid to the overall translation space
