The vacuum tube has been evacuated – please advise on the reason!

The vacuum pipeline in the factory has a negative pressure of 0.09, with a diameter of 125. This issue arose after about 25 days of use; I would like to ask everyone for insights into the possible causes and any precautions that should be taken.
Fortunately, nothing happened; let’s change the material.
Change the metal material, or increase the pipe wall thickness
It looks like a PVC pipe; the pumping function is normal. Replace it with stainless steel one
The ability of a pipe to withstand internal and external pressures is not the same concept; do not rely on the information stating that PPR or PVC pipes can handle pressures of 1.0 or 1.6 Mpa, as this refers only to their capacity to withstand internal pressure. It is recommended to change the material to metal pipes, and select the pipe wall thickness grade based on the external pressure it must withstand
This isn’t a vacuum pipe made of PVC; it’s made of PP (reinforced polypropylene), but it has thin walls. It can be replaced with thicker walls, those that are quite thick, around 5-8 mm in diameter – such pipes have no problem handling negative pressures. The fact that stainless steel wasn’t used here is probably because the equipment is exposed to acids and alkalis; even if stainless steel pipes were used, they would corrode and develop holes after just a few months.
The choice of material mainly depends on your production process and equipment requirements; what was said on the 5th floor is correct – internal pressure and external pressure are not the same concept.
If vacuuming isn’t possible, there must be an issue with the vacuum system; the material needs to be upgraded
The pipe wall thickness is insufficient; a pipe with a greater wall thickness needs to be replaced
