Questions about air separation

1. Should there be a 3-meter distance between the liquid oxygen pipelines and the air compressor room (which contains equipment such as nitrogen compressors but no oxygen production equipment)? Is this distance requirement applicable? The standard specifies that oxygen pipelines should be kept at a distance of 3 meters from buildings. However, if the building is used for oxygen production or contains rooms where oxygen is used, then since it is already in contact with oxygen, no such distance requirement applies. Is the air compressor room considered a facility for oxygen production? It represents the first step in oxygen production, but no oxygen is produced there directly.2. Should the safety valves and discharge valves for liquid oxygen be set to discharge gas to the ground level or at a height of 200 mm above the ground? The standard requires discharge at a height of 4.5 meters, but in practice, many systems are set at a height of 200 mm. Is this still a mandatory requirement? What do you all think?
