After the filtration process, the liquid needs to be pumped and passed through an intermediate buffer tank for acid adjustment, before being sent on to subsequent processing steps. Can the head pressure generated by the previous pump be reused? Is there any way?
If the head lift of the primary pump is very high, it is possible to consider filling the acid adjustment buffer tank with an inert gas to enable operation under pressure, thereby increasing the inlet pressure of the secondary lift pump
