By exposing various issues before commencement and resolving them, better conditions can be created for starting work. The so-called clean construction is just a gimmick with no real meaning. It contains water; at the beginning of operation, monitor the liquid level in the dehydration package of the tower top reflux tank closely, and be prepared for dehydration.
