Some issues in the methanol distillation layout

When the methanol distillation unit and the intermediate tank area are arranged together, the following questions arise: 1. Is there any required distance between the pump room in the tank area and the building of the main unit? 2. Can windows be installed on the side of the pump room that faces the tank area? If anyone knows, please indicate the relevant standard regulations. Thank you!
GB50160-2008 stipulates: Table 4.2.12 states that “the distance between Class A and Class B pump rooms in tank farms and the process units should be 20 m for Class A units, 15 m for Class B units, and 10 m for Class C units.” Additionally, clause 5.3.5 requires that the dedicated pump areas for tank groups shall be located outside fire dikes, and the fire separation distance from the storage tanks must comply with the specified requirements； ......” This indicates that as long as the distance requirement is met, whether there are windows or not does not matter
There are design safety specifications; the specific requirement is to keep a distance of 25 meters from Class A production facilities. Storage tanks can serve as auxiliary tanks and be located in the distillation unit area. I worked at a DuPont plant.
