After the water circulation in the vacuum system, what method can be used to remove all the water? The water content is required to be below 10PPM
There are many theoretical methods: drying, purging, washing with a volatile solvent and then drying. But I haven’t seen any specific examples, and I’m really looking forward to hearing about efficient methods from those with practical experience

After the water interconnection of large systems, drying is carried out on a per-subsystem and per-device basis. For pipes, purging is commonly used; high-temperature, low-dewpoint dry gas is employed for purification. For vacuum equipment that cannot withstand pressure, vacuuming is performed, followed by repeated filling with low-dewpoint nitrogen to remove moisture gradually. For equipment that can tolerate a slight positive pressure, high-temperature, low-dewpoint gas is used for purification. There is also the method of using organic solvents to remove water, but the choice depends on the size of the system and the subsequent processing steps, as well as considerations regarding cost and residual organic solvents. Different approaches are required for the commissioning of different systems
