How is hygiene managed in power plants?

There is too much dust in the power plant, and equipment defects and aging cannot be addressed for now. The boiler room is covered in dust, and cleaning it requires a lot of effort and resources. I wonder how my colleagues and those with more experience handle this situation
After seeing some of the pictures of power plants mentioned above, one can only marvel at the great differences in the environmental hygiene at different power plants.
