It is a mixed-ion resin tank in an ion exchange system, which is regenerated using approximately 5% hydrochloric acid and caustic soda. The tank body is not lined with rubber; the internal supports have suffered deformation and have fallen off. Now, 316L stainless steel supports are being used as replacements, and the welds sowie certain other areas need to be lined with rubber for corrosion protection. I would appreciate it if experts could recommend methods for repairing this lining or suggest suitable repair materials Thank you so much! ! !
Ask the manufacturer; have them resolve the issue within the warranty period, and provide technical support outside of that period. If you mess around and cause problems, it will be difficult to assign responsibility; it’s best not to touch the manufacturer’s equipment
