I would like to ask about the installation of antistatic straps on hazardous chemical tank vehicles – how should they be installed? How many should be set? What is the name of the relevant specification? JT 230 only specifies the standards for conductive rubber skid strips. The corporate standard of China National Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (Q/SYYS 086—2016) specifies as follows: 6.3 Two anti-static grounding straps shall be installed on each vehicle, one on the crossbeam at the rear of the tank and the other on the crossbeam at the rear of the vehicle chassis. 6.4 Three antistatic drag straps are installed on the tractor-trailer: one is mounted on the rear crossbeam of the tractor, another on the rear crossbeam of the tank body, and the third on the rear crossbeam of the vehicle chassis. This standard is merely a corporate standard applicable to vehicles within CNPC; it can only serve as a reference for other vehicles. I’m not sure if there are any other specifications that provide detailed descriptions
