Regarding the structural type of the hazardous waste storage facility – whether a concrete frame or a steel structure is better – are there any specific requirements?

In my opinion, it depends on the nature of the hazardous waste and the amount stored. If it involves Class A or B materials, which require high fire resistance from buildings, it is recommended to use a concrete frame structure, as this makes it easier to ensure the required fire resistance level ； In the case of corrosive media that require high corrosion resistance from buildings, a concrete frame structure is also recommended. If there are no such special requirements as mentioned above, I think using a steel structure is fine.
